This HR Administrator/Trainer role will appeal to a flexible and motivated individual.

Working for our growing and profitable food industry client, at their brand new facility near Dunstable, helping them as they close their site at Park Royal in North London. Also supporting their operation in the North West, near Knutsford. This role will require some travel, usually around one day a month, but possibly more when a specific need arises.

Participating in a small, busy team, where every day is different to the next, our client is looking for a confident, organised, personable individual to join them at a critical time in the development of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful individual to gain experience working in a fast-paced environment where you have the autonomy to present new ideas, establish the HR function and be part of a company that is actively modernising and professionalising its systems and processes.
- Providing workplace training, focusing on specific areas of knowledge and working capabilities required for each role.
- Ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge to contribute efficiently and effectively, and also meet the Company's business goals and objectives.
- Acting as the first port of call for employees and managers, handling most of the employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.

Our client is looking for someone experienced in a similar role or someone with some CIPD qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
