South Coast Home Care are a small, independent domiciliary care company based in our Chichester and Littlehampton Branch.

We are looking for a full time experienced Senior Care Assistant / Care Specialist to act in a senior capacity as a bridge between the management team and hourly carers
- Supervising the care team in our West Sussex Area. Working collectively with the management team, the senior carer will complete one day a week in the office, completing necessary audits etc.

Responsibilities include:

- Reviews/ Welfare checks during visits.
- Checking equipment
- Carer reviews on double up calls
- Medication Audits
- Communicating with families and health care professionals
- Share in the on call rota (This is approximately 3-10pm for 2-3 weekend days a month only.)
- Progression opportunities.

£14.38 weekdays £15.25 weekends

- Paid training and the opportunity to train for 'Train the Trainer' qualification.

- Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile
