**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing CRO roadmaps and A/B testing strategies with clients.
- Providing analytics-based site audits, highlighting areas of concern, and making suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Having an in-depth understanding of CRO fundamentals and best practices, particularly pertaining to eCommerce.
- Effectively planning, prioritising, designing & building A/B or multivariate tests.
- Clearly conveying testing ideas through concise written briefs and wireframes.
- Working with Google Tag Manager to create tags, triggers, and variables.
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team with CRO, report proofing, and general management of UX/CRO output.

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- A strong analytical mind, with the ability to problem solve and analyse data with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with qualitative data analysis and research methodologies such as usability testing.
- A solid working knowledge of the Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, and Optimize) including how to debug implementation issues.
- A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/jQuery.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, with a high standard of English language and grammar.
- Demonstrable experience in presenting to clients and key stakeholders, including documents, reports, findings, and recommendations.
- A solid knowledge and understanding of e-commerce user behaviours.

**Desirable Skills & Experience**
- Working knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics next gen).
- A solid understanding of the Shopify and Magento 2 e-commerce platforms, including a working knowledge of the admin/backend areas.
- Demonstrable experience working across multiple clients and projects simultaneously, whilst feeding CRO/UX best practices to a team of designers and developers.
- Experience of leading smaller projects, feeding into design and development - SLA/BAU work.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Working alongside the Creative Director, the successful individual will be encouraged to utilise their experience to help shape and define our client’s strategy and ambition. In this role, you will be required to consult on CRO strategies, develop CRO roadmapsand assist in planning improvement strategies for an established portfolio of eCommerce clients. Over time, as your portfolio of clients grow, the successful individual will have the opportunity to build and mentor a team of experts to aid in the continuedgrowth of the agency.
