Epos and Business Systems Administrator

We are seeking an EPOS and Business Systems Administrator who has preferably worked for a multi-site hospitality company within the Inn/Hotel/Restaurant industry
The role involves working closely with our Inns and Hotels EPOS till and App Ordering system provider to update products, retail prices, cost prices, ensuring business continuity and data integrity
**Your day to day
- Manage Zonal integration with other business systems, ensuring data consistency across these systems : iOrder, Procure Wizard, Rezlynx and Opera
- Coordinate with our property Managers and Executive Chefs on the roll out of new menus and offers
- Manage Zonal Product modelling, Pricing, Products, Costs, Discounts, Recipes, Theme Panels programming across the estate
- Become key day to day contact between Zonal and the business, escalating, filtering back matters
- Develop the EPOS and operations system knowledge within the group and oversee system induction programme for new managers and their assistants
- Provide EPOS and operations systems support to newly acquired properties
- Support in the administration of other hospitality business systems primarily our Procurement and Property Management systems and their interfaces
- Test, develop and document agreed IT procedures, training all departments on their usage
- Carry out onsite system review meetings with management; identifying any common or ongoing issues
**Who are we looking for?
You will be an exceptional communicator and be able to collaborate with all levels. You will need to prepare and deliver training sessions and presentations for groups and one on one sessions.
This role would be perfect for a recent graduate or someone with relevant operational EPOS and Hospitality System experience or EPOS Administrator role. You will be self-motivated, organised and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience in the retail or hospitality sector with exposure to EPOS and Property Management Systems would be highly advantageous.
You will have a reasoned and analytical approach to problems, using your own sound judgement to make the right decision or to advise the business on the best course of action.
This role is primarily based at Head Office but will include site visits across the country so a full driving license will be required.
