Cluster Revenue Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join our Revenue team.
You will be reporting into the Commercial Director and working closely with our Hotel General Managers to drive sales. You will be responsible for maximising property revenue, market share and profits for multiple Hotels through the strategic co-ordinationof revenue management processes and procedures. You will demonstrate an exemplary knowledge of local market information, competitor intelligence, demand patterns and trends to support with your strategic decisions.
**Your day to day activities will include:
- Being accountable for the hotel revenue strategy for rooms and conference to maximise property revenue/profit and market share
- Ensure an accurate rooms revenue forecast by segment and day on a 12-weekly basis in order to formulate sound decisions on selling strategy and labour forecast
- Promote and drive revenue culture with each business through regular communication and updates, involvement in weekly revenue calls, quarterly review meetings with Hotels, and regular marketing meetings
- Supporting sales development activity and regular liaison with Head of Sales at Hotels for RFP process
- Take daily decisions to optimise the hotel turnover and profitability, ensuring high level consultation with General Managers where necessary
- Review pricing recommendations from EzRMS (where present)
- Ensure all systems (PMS, RMS, distribution platforms) are updated in line with company standards
- Analysing internal and external business intelligence in order to predict trends and be an informed basis for future tactical decisions
- Work closely with e-commerce team to ensure online presence is driving conversions through updated images / copy
- Collaborate with General Managers on annual budget setting and hotel selling strategy
This role will be hybrid (either home based or based at Head Office) with some travel to our properties.
**What are we looking for:
- Essential to have experience of working in a busy hospitality environment, ideally from a Property based role and looking to develop in to a Cluster role
- At least 3-years experience in revenue management and experience in managing more than one brand
- Target driven and self-motivated
- Ideally have some experience in; supervising, leading, training and coaching, or mentoring a team
- A positive, passionate and confident attitude is key, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Have excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills, with an adaptable, professional and approachable manner
- Preferably demonstrate good systems knowledge in Opera/Sales and Catering, Rezlynx, Smartspace, EzRMS, TravelClick/iHotelier and STR
- The ability to work on their own initiative, both remotely and as part of a team
- Have a flexible working attitude and willingness to help and assist others and the demands of the business
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
