**Job Summary;**

Working as part of a team of reporting to the General Manager, the Office Administrator will perform various administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the office and providing a service to members. The Office Administrator will also assist the Club Professional with general golf administration and in the Pro Shop selling green fees and merchandise.

**Key Duties**:

- Offer exceptional customer service at all times to members and visitors
- Coordinate and manage Club Diary. Eg. Meetings, society bookings and functions in the Lenton Room in conjunction with the GM and Bar and Catering Manager
- Liaison with LSGC re tee bookings etc.
- Maintain general office files
- Purchase office supplies
- Oversee the maintenance of office and club facilities, and equipment including utility readings
- Coordinate usage of locker rooms and trolley sheds
- Maintain 300 Club list
- Process invoices and send to Accountants for payment
- Process New Members
- Assist in ProShop replenishing stock, selling merchandise and selling green fees
- Ensure all visitors/green fees are properly briefed about Health and Safety on the Common prior to commencing their round
- Help to maintain constant communication to members through digital channels eg weekly newsletter.
- Updating website and social media with news and promotions
- Assist Club Professional with the administration of golf competitions etc.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and taking manual tee bookings
- Acquaint yourself with all aspects of Health and Safety at the Club including Fire & Emergency and work with team to maintain same
- Perform other relevant duties when needed

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.50 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (preferred)
