Time Appointments are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading local business who are currently seeking to appoint an exceptional Sales Support individual to join their successful, team orientated Sales & Marketing department.
The main purpose of the role is to drive forward and identify sales opportunities through research, campaigns and recognition of client activities that signify a project is involved that the client should be specified on and to correspond these opportunitiesto the relevant Manager for sanction of activities to drive forward appropriate meetings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation - Monthly Leads - Processing and researching divisional monthly leads
- Liaising with Manager on leads to be researched and generated
- Cross referencing names through previous CRM activity
- Finding alternative names if person no longer at company and gain all data required for CRM
- Supply Chain Leads - Processing and researching BDM supply chain leads
- Marketing Leads - Website, exhibitions, etc
- Research incoming leads to confirm suitability to business
- Schedule telemarketing call if Manager deems lead appropriate
- Campaigns - Setting up campaigns via MailChimp
- Reporting - Provision of reports to assist in driving business forward including monthly statistics as required and ROI on campaigns
- Ordering and monitoring sample levels
- Making up sample boxes/membrane swatches and seminar gift packs
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work to deadlines and work well under pressure
- Proactive self-starter
- Commercial awareness
- Results and target orientated with a strong desire to succeed
- Research and fact finding abilities
- IT literate, previous experience using a CRM system
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
