We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Co-ordinator to join a small and friendly team. You will be handling inbound Customer calls and enquiries, identifying appropriate PPE solutions to meet Customer needs, and ensuring every Customer receivesthe best-in-class service. Job duties will include:
- Processing and following up quotes, liaising with other staff to meet company targets.
- Qualifying inbound leads and sales opportunities for handover to the Sales Team.
- Project management of Customer facing initiatives.
- Processing website login requests.
- Assisting customers with deliveries and liaising with Procurement and Supply Chain delivery timescales.
- Building relationships with repeat customers over time.

As the Sales Support Co-ordinator you will be a great communicator both on the phone and face to face. Ideally you will be flexible and a hands-on individual that likes to get stuck in. Confident in following processes, and willing to act on your own initiative.To be confident in liaising with individuals internally and externally and comfortable in escalating any issues that arise.
