An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join a award winning, energetic, and experienced Sales team in Henleaze. My Client are currently looking for an administration co-ordinator to assist the Sales team with day-to-day tasks ensuring service standards always remain high. The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment both independently and as part of a team.
**Key Accountabilities**:
Assisting the Sales Team with incoming call handling
Typing property descriptions from dictation and various other sales letters as required
Uploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval
Ensuring window presentations are current & up to date
Preparing advertisements for entry into various editorials
Maintaining the offices webpages and microsites
Raising sales invoices
Ordering and restocking office supplies
**Our clients are offering**:
Basic salary of 21k with a realistic OTE of 23k plus (uncapped pooled commission).
25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (Increasing further upon completion of 3 & 6 years service).
