Sales Negotiator

A super opportunity has arisen to join a very well established Independent firm in the Bridgwater area as a full time sales negotiator. This could be someone moving up into sales from a property administration role or someone seeking a move from lettings into sales or a sales negotiator or valuer seeking a move to a new firm.
Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team. Obviously property experience is essential for this role as is having your own car. Duties will include booking appointments and showing properties, phone outs, photography and preparing property details. Valuing experience would be an advantage but can be taught at a later date.
You will be a real people person and have great IT skills as you will need to learn the company software package.
**Hours**: 9am to 6pm weekdays and every other Saturdays 9-4pm pm with a day off in lieu for working each Saturday.
