We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator. As this role requires using our ERP system and Microsoft packages, I.T. skills are essential. Attention to detail is an essential skill which is integral to this role.

You should be able to show you are able to complete the following:

- Efficient on Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills required, and excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Raising purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers - sending orders and keeping track of order progress
- Monitoring back orders
- Tracking international shipments
- Communicate with our accounts team regarding supplier payments
- Assist the sales and sales support teams with queries to fulfil orders
- Various other ad hoc administrative duties
