ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN School in Sandwell on a part-time basis. The school is a short stay provision for children who have been excluded from school or may be at risk of exclusion.

**About the role**:
Working classroom based alongside support staff and a teacher to deliver lesson plans.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the educational, social, and emotional development of students.
Work with students in KS1 and KS2.

**About you**:
To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will:
Have previous experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviour and special educational needs.
Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
