You will be pivotal in the leading and management of the HR Shared Service team across the Wilson James Group. The team are responsible for providing the operational HR support for In-Life processes together with the vetting of new employees joining thebusiness.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and constantly evolving business. A proven track record in leading HR Operations or Shared Services teams and driving process improvement is key.

Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills together with experience of driving and managing change is paramount to the success of this role and the team.

What we'll need from you:

- Organised with excellent communication, written and oral, and time management skills.
- Have highly developed and proven skills to be able to analyse data and use the results to draw conclusions, inform ideas and decision-making in conjunction with the Snr HR SS Manager.
- Proven ability within dedicated HR Platforms (SAP, Timegate, Vetting Gateway) to interpret data, highlight trends and issues, and formulate appropriate actions.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong skills of other Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
- Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work calmly and confidentially and part of a team.
