Reporting to the Talent Management Lead you will be the coordinator and administrator for Leadership and Talent activities within force, including coordinating courses and delegates, project planning, overseeing SharePoint and internal and external communications.
You will support the leadership and talent management team as they deliver vital work for the organisation in line with Policing Priorities and the People Plan. You will need to prioritise workload and demand to ensure accuracy and integrity of the information being handled and processed.
