As a business, we own the Early Learning Centre, and Totally Toys brands as well as our own brand Addo Play. Outside of the UK we own the Poly Juguetes toy shops in Spain plus numerous Entertainer and Early Learning Centre international franchise partnerships.

Your main role is to deliver best in class marketing campaigns to drive sales of new and popular properties. Your focus will be to ensure the buying, retail and online marketing teams deliver on agreed plans. With the overall result being to drive revenue growth from our licensors and suppliers. You will support the Licensing Manager in building relationships with our key partners with the aim of activating exciting and engaging marketing initiatives

This role requires an enthusiastic and agile individual who is comfortable managing multiple deadlines and flexing their priorities when required.

A confident and clear communication style is a must when speaking internally to colleagues and with external partners; keeping our supplier and licensors' respective objectives top of mind.

A commercially-minded individual with a passion for the next big thing in toys and games is a necessity as we bring to life our customers favourite brands both in-store and online.

**Responsibilities**
- Updating the marketing calendar and other planning tools with new activity and circulating to the key stakeholders. Communicating key timelines to the team
- Maintain continuous communication across relevant meetings and communications to ensure agreed campaigns are delivered (Buying, Merchandising, Marketing & Online).
- Manage and run internal partner activity update meetings.
- Create and update post marketing campaign evaluation reports for every campaign. Working with wider marketing team to gather all the information and sales.
- Feedback to all stakeholders on campaign success.
- Support the Licensing Manager in maintaining and developing partnerships and relationships with key licensors and suppliers to identify and activate key strategic, tactical and commercial opportunities.
- Support the Licensing Manager in utilising the entire communication mix of The Entertainer to deliver effective and innovative campaigns.
- Constantly review opportunities for how we can use retail space, digital space and other assets to deliver effective campaigns.
- Create pitches to present to licensors and suppliers.
- Attend previews and trade shows to actively seek opportunities.
- Updating the Partner Income Sheet and submitting debit notes and invoices for funding from licensors and suppliers.

**Skills & Experience**
- Ideally a degree or equivalent qualification in marketing.
- Previous experience working within a retail marketing/licensing environment an advantage.
- Excellent communicator, adept in presenting ideas and sharing actions verbally and in writing.
- Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Driven and able to work under your own initiative with a willingness to learn.
- Creative and imaginative.
- Analytical and able to problem-solve.
