**Wellbeing Coordinator**

**40 hours per week**

We have an exciting opportunity to join The Mary Rose Manors Wellbeing and Care Team. The Wellbeing Coordinator will organise and co-ordinate resident activities to enhance daily life and maximise independence, physical, social, spiritual and psychological wellbeing.

**About the role**: We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who is able to work in a flexible, intelligent and person centred way. Ensuring all residents are encouraged, have access to and can participate at their will in a varied programme and range of activities. You will be able to create stimulating and interesting weekly and monthly activity timetables, hold both group sessions and 1-1 activities.

**About you**:Ideally you would have experience in a care setting, have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Good IT skills are required for this role.

An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £10.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Portsmouth, PO3 5GA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
