**Where and when do we need you?**

We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator to work within our HR Team to manage the coordination and organisation of shift cover and on call rota management through clear and confident communication with Senior Management, Fair Ways colleagues, agencies and agency staff to ensure that safe and appropriate ratios are maintained for Fair Ways services at all times.

In this role you will be responsible for a range of exciting things like:

- Supporting Fair Ways Managers with their understanding and projection of the staffing needs in their services. This is done through relevant systems training, information/data collation and sharing, report writing, related project work and actively participating in workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensuring colleagues are meeting their contracted working requirements and, where staff are working a high number of hours, to escalate concerns to the relevant department Manager to highlight any situation which may compromise the safety and well-being of the people we support.
- Maintaing clear oversight of shift allocation and staffing to provide clarity on staff suitability, training standards, allocation priority and financial impact for the charity.
- Ensuring accurate processing and monitoring of staffing impacts to provide clear oversight of any patterns, concerns and forecasting to ensure a robust and stable workforce at all times.
- Engaging with central support functions to ensure that accurate data and information is provided in a timely manner allowing detailed analysis and to ensure that charity thresholds are met and maintained.
- Demonstrating a range of effective communication skills, being reliable, enthusiastic and able work on own initiative, prioritising effectively across a range of different demands

This role is 37.5 hours per week worked flexibly between home, office and central support depending on the needs of the business. There will be one fixed day at Central Support each week (Tuesday) which will be your team day allowing in person communication and collaboration with your team.

- Previous experience of shift coordination ideally within health, social care or education.
- To have demonstrable experience in an administrative role where there is evidence of supporting different stakeholders and projects.
- To have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft word, excel, outlook and Office 365.
- To be capable of managing shifting priorities whilst prioritising clear communication and collating associated evidence.
