**Food and Beverage Assistant**

Ideally located in the bustling village of Bowness on the shores of the Lake Windermere, The Belsfield Hotel features 62 bedrooms, two bars, a 2AA Rosette restaurant, brasserie and function rooms, perfect for weddings and conferences. We are a 4 star AA listed hotel, beautifully designed to reflect the finest in contemporary luxury.

As a well established and successful business, we are looking for a person who is passionate about high standards of hospitality and is keen to deliver exceptional customers service.

**The job**:
As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will work mainly in our fine dinning restaurant. However, this is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and gain new skills, as you be also assisting in other Food and Beverage functions, like Conference and Banqueting or Bar. Full training will be provided.

This is a crucial role in our hotel. You will make sure our guests are well taken care of and have exceptional experience while staying with us.

**About you**:

- You will ideally have experience in a similar role, gained from a high quality restaurant or hotel.
- You will be passionate and professional in your work.
- You will be committed to high standards.
- You will be a motivated team player.
