Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/ess to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience holding to that of a 3AA rosette standard. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a friendly demeanour are essential. Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
  • Prepare tables for dining, including setting cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • A basic understanding of food safety regulations is advantageous.

  • This is paid by National Minimum Wage standards according to your age range
  • Tronc Paid Monthly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
