**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/ess to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience holding to that of a 3AA rosette standard. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a friendly demeanour are essential. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Prepare tables for dining, including setting cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A basic understanding of food safety regulations is advantageous.

- This is paid by National Minimum Wage standards according to your age range
- Tronc Paid Monthly

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
