**Position overview**:
As permanent night shift Warehouse Supervisor, you’re a key member of the Kettering Team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You will contribute to the success of Ball by supervising the plant warehouse function to support the plant’s goals and overall business plans.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Supervises and coordinates the employees and activities of the plant warehouse.
- Assists with direct support to all departments in the plant via material handling.
- Facilitates the transportation of inbound and outbound shipments of products and materials.
- Reviews completed drayage tickets and bills of lading for completeness and accuracy prior to distribution.
- Facilitates shipments of finished products and scrap.
- Assists the group sales function in forecast comparisons and with customer inquiries and activities and maintains and seeks resolution of customer complaints.
- Coordinates customer releases and orders with outside warehouse and other plants within the group and assists in procuring transportation for customers and warehouse of finished products.
- Follows all standard operating procedures for area of responsibility.
- Facilitates training for new employees.
- Assists with reporting the inventory status of finished goods and packaging materials.
- Maintains good housekeeping in the warehouses and related areas
- 12-hour shifts, 4on/4off

**Experience and skills required**:

- Relevant MHE licenses with at least 2 years experience
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Ability to follow instructions, attention to detail
- Sound communication skills, ability to clearly explain processes.
- Ability to operate and functionally use a computer.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
