**WSR are recruiting for a permanent night shift Warehouse Operations Operation based in Corby, Northamptonshire.**

**Job Title: Warehouse Operations Operative - Night Shift (**1h break (30 min unpaid, 2x 15 min paid)

**Line Manager**: Logistics Manager

**Warehouse Operations Operative Job Overview**: To perform various roles as part of a team within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations by maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity as well as ad hoc cover in warehouse office operations where required.

**Warehouse Operations Operative Duties**:

- Operate the Reach truck/PPT to perform various warehouse duties within racking, as required.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all operations.
- Perform quality, audit, and other checks on products or storage locations as required.
- Maintain stock levels by ensuring correct stock and system moves.
- Provide cover for sickness/absence/holiday for Warehouse Operation Operative, Goods Dispatch.
- Plan, stage, and monitor pick order activity
- Coordinate goods dispatch bay activity through liaising with hauliers, drivers, and on-site shunters.
- Prepare and issue all relevant paperwork required to facilitate goods out functions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team and Company goals

**Warehouse Operations Operative Knowledge Requirements**:

- Good working knowledge of warehouse/transport procedures and safety regulations.
- Reach truck and PPT license preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Familiarity with SAP/WM.
