**Job description**

The hygiene operative will ensure that the factory and all staff facilities are cleaned to a high standard, to ensure that the team can operate in a clean and hygienic environment. You will comply with company hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.

**Duties**
- Cleaning and sanitising of all equipment used within our production environment
- Cleaning produciton, warehouse, kitchen and dispatch areas overnight, ready for production the next day.
- Implementing and understanding of health and safety, and Food Safety Regulations regulations.
- Using the prescribed methods, materials and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specification.

**Person Specification**
- previous experience of commercial cleaning is preferable but not essential, full training will be provided
- Being a team player and flexible.
- Having an understanding of food hygiene and importance of good health and safety practice.

Shift times available are 12 midmight to 6am - all applicants must be flexible to work weekends
