Plan and verify cleaning activities maintaining records SOPs and schedules to ensure audit readiness. Manage hygiene stock chemical controls and supplier relationships to guarantee compliance and efficiency. Support the Listeria Management Plan and deliver continuous improvements across hygiene operations. Investigate post-clean micro failures identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions. Conduct routine facilities checks and coordinate with contractors for maintenance upgrades and compliance. Manage key service contracts including laundry consumables PPE and chemical supply. Drive a culture of safe working practices and ensure compliance with HACCP GMP and food safety legislation.The Person: Minimum of 2 years experience in hygiene management within the food manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of HACCP GMP and food safety standards. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication organisational and reporting abilities. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to hygiene and facilities. Experience managing contractors capital projects and budgets.
