**Job Description**:
The European Growth intern is passionate about consumer growth and marketing with a strong analytical capability. Europe is an important consumer market for Wish, this role will help support the European team to develop insights and actionable strategies to drive user growth across our key European markets utilizing internal and external channels.

**What You'll Do**
- Research country level performance data to help identify trends and opportunities
- Work with country leads and category managers to identify seasonality opportunities at the category level in Europe
- Work with the country leads to research, plan and execute localized merchandising events for key focus European markets. Helping identify events, themes and products we want to showcase to our consumers.
- Conduct competitor research on regional competitors and identify opportunities or gaps for Wish
- Research country ecommerce trends to identify similarities and differences across Europe
- Work with different growth channels to assist in the execution of strategies including partnerships, logistics, marketing and social media.
- Help to plan and carry out growth marketing campaigns
- Manage our Google and Meta PPC campaigns
- Perform customer research and monitor the public and media's opinion of the brand
- Manage and update brand social media accounts
- Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and social media content

**Qualifications**:

- Current Student Enrolled in an Undergraduate Program or Graduate Program
- You'll be driven by data, and numbers to help us decide where to focus
- Working on a degree in economics would be good so you can crunch numbers and focus on increasing revenue
- The passion and drive to work in a world-changing startup is 100% necessary
- You’ll need to demonstrate that you’re a switched-on individual, a self-starter and a quick learner
- You’ll be able to show evidence of a solid understanding of multiple social media platforms, are you a TikTok expert or an Instagram influencer - shout about it and tell us
- Previous experience in a similar Analytical role
- Previous experience or passion for growth marketing
- Experience in SQL is a plus
- Experience in Google Sheets or Excel is a must
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Experience with social media marketing is a plus
- This is a great role for current students with previous internship experience
- Detail-oriented and relentlessly resourceful
- Knowledge of the online shopping industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinker with a marketing mindset
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Team oriented but with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility and ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment
- You are located within the United Kingdom
