We are offering the opportunity to work whilst learning to become a Mortgage Adviser, this could be the career opportunity that shapes your future, and it comes with great support, training and mentoring.

We are a full-service wealth management practice based in Blackheath, South East London established in 2012.

As a growing business we envisage that there will be the opportunity to become a Mortgage Adviser with us at the end of the apprenticeship.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Inputting cases into our client portal.
- Communicating with clients/ Keeping clients up to date.
- Updating our CRM tool.
- Submitting cases for review by our compliance team.
- Conversing with providers.
- Sourcing products for clients.
- Supporting our Mortgage Adviser as required.
- Comply with all Financial Conduct Authority rules and regulations at all times.

**Mortgage Advisor Apprentice - What we need from you**:

- Live within a realistic traveling distance to our office premises.
- Punctual, flexible, and reliable.
- Be a team player with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent & confident telephone manner.
- Have the ability to use calls to efficiently and build strong customer relationships.
- Qualified to a good standard in both Mathematics and English.
- Be well organised, continually focused, and have the ability to move at speed when required.
