With over 150,000 new homes built, the successful Buyer will join a nationally recognized 5 star housebuilder with an incredible reputation and fantastic work environment.

**The Buyer**

You will be a confident and numerate professional who has experience as a Buyer within a construction company and can provide take offs from drawings.

If you are self-motivated, ask questions, want to learn, and progress with a company long term, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

**Experience**:

- A HND qualification is beneficial
- Experience in a Buying role
- Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
- COINS experience is an advantage

**In Return?**

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

- £35,000 - £50,000 (on experience)
