It’s what delivering great healthcare should feel like. **What you will be doing** No two days will be the same as you take pride in safely escorting and driving staff, visitors and service users to local destinations across Southwest London and surrounding areas. During shifts, you will have access to a company vehicle and will be responsiblefor its maintenance and checks. This two-in-one role will see you join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or transferable skills from another industry, you willuse your knowledge and skills to help support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life. The shift patterns include working weekends, 7.5 hours a day, 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm. **Where you will be working** **Location: **13 Alexandra Gardens, Hounslow TW3 4HT **You will be working at Alexandra Gardens, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway.
