You’ll be part of a friendly, committed staff team supporting learners across a range of subjects—helping them stay focused, feel understood, and reach their potential.ResponsibilitiesSupporting individual students or small groups within the classroomEncouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagementHelping deliver learning activities that make a real differenceWorking closely with teachers, SEN staff, and the wider pastoral teamBringing patience, humour, and a good sense of direction (literally and figuratively)Qualifications and RequirementsExperience supporting young people in school, youth work, or similar rolesA confident communicator who builds rapport with easeSomeone who can be both firm and fair—especially important in secondary settingsA strong male role model, especially for students needing that consistent presenceThrive training?
