**Position Overview**:
The Retail Spa Consultant enjoys a dynamic and high energy environment. Responsibility to provide an outstanding customer experience in the retail location by assisting new and existing customers with their unique needs and providing suitable products. The goal of the Spa Consultant is to create an outstanding buying experience for the customer and a positive team environment. As a member of a store team, they will strive toward helping the store achieve its financial and customer service goals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You’ll be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries for our branded Hot Tub & Spa products.
- You’ll be passionate and professional: an excellent listener and a consummate articulate communicator.
- Using your sales skills, you’ll have the desire, drive and commitment to exceed our customer’s expectations and deliver an exceptional experience. You’ll make it easy for them to say yes. And for them to recommend us to others.
- Schedule appointments so customers can attend showrooms to view our exciting products and even try before they buy
- Conduct customer and marketing surveys
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing & promotions
- Use your excellent sales skills to meet customers’ needs and close the sale
- Use your self-motivated and positive nature to proactively seek feedback in pursuit of continuous improvement
- Contribute positively to the team and success of the company
- Experience in the “retail industry” or other leisure products environment with active sales involved.
- Professional, energetic and positive attitude is a must
- Excellent verbal/interpersonal communications skills

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in “Retail sales**_”_** or another environment with **_Active sales involved_**.
- A professional, energetic and positive attitude is a must.
- Ability to analyse results, plan for the future, make good decisions, and take responsibility
- Excellent verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Flexible scheduling availability; reliable transportation.
- Completed High school diploma/GED.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cardiff, CF11 8AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
