We are now looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for managing our client’s projects from inception to delivery, helping to deliver fantastic products that impress every time.

You’ll work closely with a range of brands to develop custom features and advanced promotion experiences that will be added to our catalogue and delivered by our engineering team.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll work alongside a passionate team of Account Managers, Software Engineers and the company founders to ensure a smooth-running client project delivery function.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Gather and translate requirements from clients
- Provide technical support to the Account Managers
- Provide accurate and timely answers to the engineering team
- Effectively manage client expectations and ensure realistic deadlines are met
- Prioritise and book client projects into sprints
- Evaluate and address design trade-offs

About You

To be considered as a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will need:

- At least three years' experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A good understanding of how the Web works
- The ability to use product knowledge to produce sound solutions to project requirements
- A strong mix of technical and customer-facing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find simple solutions to complex requests
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills

Experience in the e-commerce industry, of working with cross-industry clients, of working with SaaS product and/or a background in software development or engineering would be highly beneficial.
