Solution Consultant
in London to bridge the gap between our clients and product teams, delivering tailored solutions and expert guidance.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the technical and commercial expert for clients, demonstrating how our platform meets their trading and operational needs.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including demos, workshops, RFPs, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Provide market insight, client feedback, and strategic recommendations to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Ensure clients derive maximum value from the platform, building long-term relationships and trust.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience as a
    Solution Consultant or Pre-Sales Consultant
    in
    crypto or retail FX
    .
  • Deep understanding of trading workflows, liquidity, platform integration, and client operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales cycles, from demonstration to implementation.
  • Based in London with the ability to engage clients across time zones.
