Are you a client-facing trading-tech expert who knows the retail FX landscape inside out? Do you understand trading platforms, liquidity flows, integrations, compliance workflows, and what brokers need to operate at scale? If you're a natural communicator with deep product knowledge, this role puts you right at the heart of the action.

About the Role

We're looking for a
Solutions Consultant
to support brokers and trading businesses adopting our industry-leading FX technology stack. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver compelling demos, lead solution design, and guide clients through technical discovery and deployment.

This is a perfect role for someone with strong FX / CFDs trading platform experience who enjoys performance analysis, platform configuration, and articulating how technology solves real broker challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery sessions with brokers and trading firms — identifying needs across onboarding, risk, liquidity, and platform setup
  • Deliver tailored demos showcasing trading workflows, integrations, back-office tools, and partner ecosystem features
  • Translate client requirements into clear technical solutions and implementation recommendations
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on MT4/MT5, bridge tech, risk management tools, CRM integrations, and liquidity connectivity
  • Support RFPs, solution mapping, and the technical components of the sales process
  • Collaborate with Product teams on roadmap priorities and feature enhancements
  • Partner with Implementation and Support to ensure smooth client onboarding and adoption

Who You Are

  • 5+ years' experience in
    Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales, Trading Technology, or FX Platform Delivery
  • Strong understanding of the retail FX / CFDs industry
  • Trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader, proprietary systems)
  • Bridge technology and liquidity routing
  • Risk management tools, execution models, and compliance workflows
  • APIs, integrations, and trading infrastructure fundamentals
  • Confident communicator, able to present to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable analysing workflows and translating them into product-led solutions
  • Curious, commercially minded, and excited by fast-moving trading environments
