Job Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative to join the Landmarc Support Services team at Magilligan Camp in Limavady.

As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the buildings on the camp by carrying out housekeeping and maintenance duties. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

This position is based on a Permanent contract covering 37 hours per week, between the hours of 07:00 - 20:00. There will be a requirement to work some weekends, an additional £1025 Variable Days Allowance will be provided to reflect this.

Main Responsibilities
Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose

Cleaning offices, classrooms and accommodation blocks, including; ablutions, showers blocks etc.

Light ground maintenance duties such as; grass cutting and strimming, as required

Stock management

Hand over / takeback of accommodation

Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems

Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

Knowledge of Health & Safety, manual handling and safe systems of work

Basic Housekeeping and Caretaking skills

Excellent communicator with people on all levels

Ability to complete documentation

Basic IT skills

Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
