Baker Dispatch Person

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Sort, pick, select and assemble baked goods and confectionery into their appropriate baskets while following quantities from the daily delivery dockets.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as a wrapper, bread slicer, and label printers.
- Ensure all baked items meet food safety regulations and our own quality standards.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control of baking supplies.
- Communicate and liaise with the other departments to ensure efficient workflows.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar, fast-paced multitasking role in a restaurant or bakery setting.
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with local craft bakery products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment with good hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills in managing multiple tasks.

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
