Sales Coordinator

**Kingsbury Packaging**, based in Limavady is part of **Bunzl Plc** and have grown over the past 25 years into one of the leading packaging distributors on the island of Ireland. We supply a range of retail items, cleaning and hygiene supplies and specialised packaging for the retail and food manufacturing industry and continue to add new and innovative products whilst developing a market leading range of environmentally friendly products in conjunction with our colleagues in the wider Bunzl Group.

**Job Types**: Full-time - 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

**The role**:
Kingsbury Packaging is seeking to recruit a **Sales Coordinator** to join their growing and busy team based in Limavady. **Duties will include**:

- Customer Query handling
- Providing support for the sales team
- Supplying information about our products to customers
- Dealing with all customer issues/queries/requests for product and service information promptly and efficiently
- Process sales orders
- Telephonist / Receptionist duties
- Courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required
- Operate as the main point of contact for assigned customers, develop, and maintain long term relationships
- Maintenance of customer accounts
- Work closely with external sales field rep in their assigned territory

Applicants must be a team player with the ability to work on their own initiative and have the following:

- Previous office experience working within a busy office environment
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with a high level of accuracy
- Educated to GCSE level C standard or equivalent
- Proficient in working with Microsoft office
- Desirable to have a background within Sales or Customer Service
- Desirable to have experience of working as a user of an ERP system in a Customer Service, Inventory Purchasing, or Distribution role
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
