The Nest at Little Verzons Farm is a unique hospitality site consisting of a Farm Shop, Café, Events venue and Garden Centre. Set in 14 acres of beautifully re-wilded farmland, our outdoor space consists of a mature heritage orchard along with woodland and a lake all connected by nature trails. Championing local craft, food and drink, The Nest is an eclectic family run business owned by the award winning Handmade Scotch Egg Company.

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly individual to join our established Front of House team in our unique cafe. Your communication skills will be first class and you'll enjoy interacting with customers. We’ll teach you all about the business and our seasonal menu so you can share it with our customers. It is essential you are fully flexible to work straight shifts including weekends.

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment or hospitality and catering industry would be highly advantageous.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting customers with all requirements by offering suggestions and demonstrating great product knowledge at all times
- Providing an excellent experience to each customer who visits The Nest ensuring that all customer needs are exceeded.
- Take orders and deliver them to the table accurately
- Deliver checks and accept payment

- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A FAST-PACED RESTAURANT ENVIRONMENT WOULD BE HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS, BUT FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN

Hours: 32 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, on a rota basis, including weekends. We aim to give all full time team members 1 weekend off in 3
