**Summary**

We are seeking a Retail Team Member to join our team at The Nest at Little Verzons Farm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our handmade products, contributing to our mission of providing delightful culinary experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Promote and upsell our range of handmade products.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Manage inventory and assist with merchandising efforts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Organizational skills to maintain store presentation.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in Spanish.
