Our continued success means that we are now looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to work within the Marketing Department supporting our three growing brands

**Job Summary**

As Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing operations to increase brand visibility, attract and retain customers, encourage customer engagement and drive sales across three brands.

This role is dynamic and requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Working in a small team, you will be hands-on across a diverse range of marketing functions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various marketing activities within the Marketing Department, supporting three brands—two focused on B2C and one on B2B.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Conduct market research and assist in analysing data and marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Assist in liaising with external agencies and internal departments
- Help with maintaining the WooCommerce platform

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A comprehensive understanding of marketing principles. A qualification in Marketing or relevant field is a strong advantage.
- Ability to understand each brand’s unique objectives, target audience and identity and to tailor all marketing activities accordingly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
- Proficient in using a variety of digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office and design software like Canva, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
- Passion for marketing, creativity, and willingness to learn.
