AJCS Roofing Ltd is a fast-growing, multi-division roofing contractor working across residential, commercial, industrial, and facilities management sectors. We are looking for a highly creative, experienced, and driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our expanding team.

This is a key position within the business and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings fresh ideas, and knows how to turn strategy into results.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising all digital marketing and social media activity for AJCS Roofing Ltd. Working alongside the Director, Operations Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Head of Commercial Business, you will help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and online engagement across all platforms.

Experience in digital marketing within the construction, roofing, or home improvement industry is essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

• Plan, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads) and paid Meta advertising to maximise ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO, and optimise website content for ranking and visibility.
• Analyse traffic and performance data, producing monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Make website edits and improvements.
• Monitor and maintain online listings, business profiles, and directory citations.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Stay on top of trends, industry news, and viral content opportunities.
• Create graphics, reels, short-form videos, blog posts, and case studies.
• Use key dates, seasonal events, and awareness days to create topical content ("World Roofing Day", weather warnings, maintenance tips, etc.).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build our online community.

Brand & Lead Generation

• Assist in developing marketing strategies for both residential and commercial divisions.
• Support campaign planning for new service launches and major projects.
• Brainstorm and pitch new creative ideas weekly.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to outperform them online.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Experience & Skills

• Digital marketing experience in construction, roofing, or home improvement is essential.
• Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and analytics tools.
• Ability to update and improve websites (basic HTML knowledge advantageous).
• Strong creative skills: video editing, graphic design, storytelling, and trend spotting.
• Understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimisation, and CRM processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
