The successfull candidate will be creating and supporting digital campaigns, crafting engaging content, and helping strengthen Sandicliffe's digital presence. You will be encouraged to share ideas and become apart of a lively team. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics to evaluate success. Support website content creation, updates, and optimisation to improve user experience. Contribute to PPC (Pay-Per-Click) activities, including keyword research and ad creation. Assist with SEO tasks such as on-page optimisation and performance monitoring. Help manage and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns. Use tools such as Keytrend and other content-focused platforms to support marketing activity. Maintain accurate customer data and support campaign management within Salesforce CRM. 1 day per week based in HR which will be to complete internal people marketing. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Enthusiasm and passion for digital marketing. Eager to learn and develop new skills within the role. Engaged and proactive in taking on new challenges. Driven and motivated to achieve personal and team goals. Demonstrates maturity and a professional attitude in the workplace. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Interest in the automotive industry (advantageous but not essential). Positive mindset with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas. Grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics & Grade 4 in GCSE English Salary, Hours?&?Benefits: £14,722 per annum. 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday (can be flexible if needed). This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, well support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification. Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. With our expert online training and one-to-one support, youll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
