At One Utility Bill we are on an ambitious growth journey, and we have some big things in store as we move into our 9th year trading. We operate on different seasonal periods, such as the summertime being heavily recruitment based, and our winter and spring periods working on projects to improve for the next summer season.

Below is a list of duties you can expect to see on a day to day;
HR;
- Draw up offer letters and contracts for new employees or promotions within the company
- Pull reports based upon our key team drivers to see how we can improve but also see where we are adding value
- Keep our master HR reporting document up to date every month
- Assist with company payroll processes
- Assist with creating slide decks, and materials for our internal training courses

Office;
- Giving every office guest a warm welcome and being the face of our company
- Responsibility for ordering office supplies and general office maintenance
- Being on hand to deal with any ad hoc office support requests from our people
- Audit our systems to ensure any starts/leavers accounts are managed correctly
- Set up equipment for new starters in the office or organise delivery if they are starting their role from home
- Organise equipment returns when we have leavers, and repurpose the equipment ready for use
- Help with any inbound IT queries from staff, organise other equipment as necessary and maintain any equipment that lives in the office. E.G., printers, scanners, speakers, and meeting rooms
- Update our fixed asset register for all equipment so we know who has what

You will be working towards the Business Administration apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.
Please note that the annual wage of £21,000 is based on experience.

**Qualifications required**

GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C/4 or above is preferred but not essential.

**Future prospects**

Ongoing training and development, with the opportunity to progress into a more specialised HR role.
