**About Monson**:
Step into the welcoming world of Walton Manor A serene and luxurious haven for elderly care nestled in Walton, Wakefield. Our home, designed for peace and comfort, accommodates up to 47 residents. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of those we care for, supported by exceptional staff in a beautifully maintained setting. Walton Manor, a Grade II listed manor house, is surrounded by mature gardens and offers a library and hairdressing salon, stunning gardens and large sunroom, community-focused lounges and dining areas

**About the role**:
As a receptionist, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves:

- Greeting and Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the home
- Managing incoming enquiries
- Handling Mail and distributing to the appropriate person
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
- General Administrative duties
- Experience with finances, invoices and contracts required

**About you**:
In order to be considered as a receptionist with us, you will need:

- To embody our values of teamwork, care, integrity, and respect.
- Have good communication skills.
- **Ideally a minimum of 12 months experience within an admin role**:

- Ideally Experience with finances, invoices and contracts required
- Strong IT and organisation Skills
- Strong Telephone Manner
