We are looking for a part time Receptionist to join our residential dementia care home in Wakefield, providing the very best support for all of our residents.

**Key Accountabilities and Activities**:

- Providing first point of telephone and face-to-face contact for visitors and callers to the Home.
- Responsible for the allocation of incoming mail to residents and staff
- Assisting with maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
- Collating statistics and producing reports.
- Assisting with archiving processes.
- Any other ad hoc duties.

**Experience**:

- Strong reception and administration experience.
- Experience of the care sector would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience of working to targets and delivering results.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week
