Our client is looking for an energetic Sales Manager to complete the sales function at their prestigious dealership in Liverpool.
You will interact with customers and work closely with the sales team to further improve profitability by negotiating the best financial deal. You will maximise business opportunities by offering customers extended service contracts, finance and insuranceproducts, protection programmes and accessory packages.
You will deal with customer concerns in a proactive and efficient manner and aim to constantly improve customer satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction and healthy profit are our principal goals and this is how you will earn a monthly bonus.
This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Sales Controller or Sales Manager who is accustomed to the pressures of a high-volume environment whilst delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience managing or controlling a sales team
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build strong relationships
- Experience working in a high volume fast paced environment
- Experience in negotiations and ability to influence decisions
- Ability to coach and develop sales executives
