**Job Title: Behaviour Support Worker**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Do you have experience in behaviour support and enjoy working in an educational setting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Behaviour Support Worker.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provided 1-1 support to a child with SEMH needs, helping them overcome behavioural challenges and achieve their academic potential.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
- Support teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Address specific learning and behavioural needs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Behaviour Support Worker or Teaching Assistant, preferably in a special educational or residential setting.
- A good understanding of SEMH and the ability to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Patience, resilience, and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student and the school.
