MHA Caves Wealth offer a wide range of stockbroking, financial planning, and wealth management services to a diverse client base. We are currently looking for an apprentice to join our administration team and study as a Business Administrator.

**Job responsibilities include and are not limited to**:

- General administrative duties, such as scanning, filing and organising the post on a daily basis
- Helping to prepare postal and electronic reports to be sent to clients
- Always providing an excellent customer service
- Making phone calls to providers to ask for updates
- Answering calls and enquiries from clients
- Maintaining client records on financial management databases
- Be friendly, professional and hardworking
- Be confident to have conversations with product providers and clients
- Have a strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
- Possess good time management and organisational skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently
- Display good use of initiative and motivation
- Be career orientated
- Have GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above
