We have a rare opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to become an integral member of the income generation team here at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. It is a very exciting time to join the charity as we look to grow our income and reach across Cambridgeshire.

If you have excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire those around you, we would love to hear from you. Building relationships internally and externally is key, you will lead a dedicated and creative team, as well as directly working alongside our committed and passionate supporters.

As Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for overseeing a broad selection of income streams, including but not limited to, corporate, community, events, grants and trusts, and venue hire. You will be focused on placing supporters at the heart of our charity and in doing so develop income generation opportunities for the benefit of the entire charity and the community we serve.

This is a varied role where no day is the same. You must welcome a fast-paced environment where you will be confident writing a paper for our Trustee board one day and assisting with the setup of an event the next. **Starting salary £43,742 and future opportunities for pay progression to £50,056**

**Please note our shop operates 7 days per week, therefore, you will be working on a shift basis and expected to work some weekends.**
