The Guest Relations team are responsible for securing reservations and managing guest communications and experience from enquiry, through to check in and check out.
- To secure the best guest reservations thus driving income for our clients
- To effectively manage reservation changes, cancellations, payments, deposits and discounts
- To respond to guests in a professional and timely way, with excellent customer service skills
- To ensure every guest has an amazing experience from initial communication right through to arrival and departure
- To solve guest problems quickly and efficiently
- To organise property maintenance as and when required.

*You will absolutely need to:

- Be customer focused
- Be flexible in your approach to work and hours (e.g. early evenings and some weekends)
- Work independently and as an effective team member
- Work well under pressure and be able to problem solve.

**Some hotel OR property experience is ideal.**
Some knowledge and experience of Airbnb would also be an advantage.

**Location**:Based in our Brighton shop in the North Laine
**Hours**:Full time including early evenings and some weekends
**Salary**:£20-£24,000 per annum depending on experience
**Start date**:ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
