**Customer Support Advisor**

- **Responsibilities**_
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, suggest new products to research and development team.
- Ensure that lasting relationships are being built with customers.
- Ability to follow up issues to ensure that no customer is left guessing.
- Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported.
- Offering advice and support through the ordering process
- Taking customers through the different options with equipment
- Taking customers through the options of finance and payment options
- Resolving issues with delivery, raising queries with the warehouse and transport companies

- Be focused on helping people and resolving queries.

- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to multi-task on computer-based programmes.

- 40hrs per week. Additional time and outside these hours may be required at busy times.
- Rotational shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm - Monday to Friday
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays + your birthday

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
